Hallo! I’m Ashley: a lifestyle, wedding & travel photographer, newlywed, dreamer, vespa-riding, California girl, living the expat life in Berlin, Germany.  I am head over heels for my adopted home city and am continuously exploring it along with my husband, Andreas, and our baby french bulldog, Hazel Blue.  This blog started as a way to share life abroad with family and friends and now I share snippets of our life in Berlin along, my work, and some of the things that make my heart beat. ♥

Photography has been a lifelong passion of mine, a hobby I fell in love with as a young girl during my family’s many travels. Growing up, I constantly stole my father’s Canon A-1 and have always had a great love affair with film.  In 2005, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Photography from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA.  I have been traveling and working ever since, living in San Francisco, Paris and now Berlin, and feel endlessly blessed to call this my job.  Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to check out my photography and blog.
